Disturbing ‘never-before-seen’ photos of Jeffrey Epstein’s island released
Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released never-before-seen photos and videos from Jeffrey Epstein’s private islands, Little Saint James and Great Saint James.
The material, obtained from the US Virgin Islands Department of Justice, shows interiors of Epstein’s properties: a room with tribal masks and what looks like a dentist’s chair, an en-suite bedroom, an outdoor pool, a spa, a massage room, and an office with a large chalkboard. Words written on the chalkboard include “power,” “deception,” “mirror in face,” “time,” “intellectual,” “political,” “music,” “truth,” and “appears!”
One landline phone shows speed-dial contacts, some redacted, including “Larry Cell,” “NY Office,” “Darren Off,” and “Darren Cell.”
In their announcement, the Democrats wrote: “See for yourself. We won’t stop fighting until we end this cover-up and deliver justice for the survivors.”
Ranking member Robert Garcia said: “We are releasing these photos and videos to ensure public transparency in our investigation and to help piece together the full picture of Epstein’s horrific crimes.”
The Democrats called the images “a harrowing look behind Epstein’s closed doors.”
The release follows congressional pressure on the Justice Department to make all Epstein-related files public and comes after the committee published 20,000 pages of documents last month.
